
Brandon Calder is a director, writer and photographer from Montreal, Quebec. He studied in communications but became self-taught in the industry after joining an online sketch comedy group. After various viral hits, they partnered with Just For Laughs on the web-series in which he co-directed, co-wrote and acted in. That same year, he got to create a TV show produced by Kevin Hart for his new network, Laugh Out Loud. His first short film, “Dinner for Three” premiered at Fantasia Festival and went on to be screened at various other festivals including Just for Laughs. Since then, Brandon has continued to write and direct commercials, music videos and TV shows. Most recently, he directed and wrote for Crave's original TV show, Pillow Talk” which went on to receive multiple Canadian Screen Awards nominations including "Best sketch comedy show".
